AZRx - Lower drug costs for Arizonans

AZRx is a state initiative that helps Arizonans save money on their prescription drugs.

Through this initiative, Arizonans can sign up for a free ArrayRx Discount Card that helps to save up to 80% on their medications. It’s free, easy to use, and available to ALL residents. There are no age or income limits and no strings attached.

The Community Profiles Viewer is a public use interface developed by the Arizona Department of Health Services. This tool enables users to visualize and explore community-level indicators, including population demographics, social determinants of health, health outcomes, access to primary care services, and environmental health factors.

This new application is optimized for: Community Health Workers, Grant Writers, Program Planners, Public Health Professionals, and Local Leaders.
